Getting frustrated with Tech support constantly telling me its a "congestion" issue....
Im on 100Mbit NBN FTTN conection and im only getting 22Mbits down and 9 Mbits Up standard speed!!
The connection speed is incredibly stable only varies 1-2 Mbits each way no matter the time of day. I have even tried rebooting the modem at 3am when clearly congestion is not going to be an issue still excact same speeds.....
Telstra won't take it to the next level due to the alledged congestion issue which by chance seems to always be going to be fixed in 7 days after i have called them.....
