I purchased NBN in January 2016 due to a very slow adsl connection thinking NBN may be the answer. Now the NBN drops out at least twice every hour and some times it drops out for an hour or so and it seems it is getting worst (landline doesn't work when NBN drops out also). As a web developer, I continually lose information during the drop outs. At least with ADSL (slow as it was) it did not drop out.
My question is: why is it dropping out and is there anything I can do about it?
I have been a faithful telstra customer but now wondering if I need to change providers to get a descent internet connection. Some advice would be helpful.
