Hi, i've ordered Telstra NBN HFC about 3 weeks ago and i still cant get any clear answers from anyone.
I've been calling every day since the 9th of may (nbn guy has come and gone) and every day they reply there's been a problem with the order and the back end team is doing a roll back. Please wait 24-48 hrs.
No one can contact the back end team, or knows whats happening to compound things even more they've sent me the wrong modem as well.
I've been assigned a case manager now, but even when she said she'll let me know in a couple of days, i've had to contact her, and it's yet another 24-48hrs.
I'm at my wits end, honestly, can anyone actually find out any information?
