Congestion on NBN FTG 3156

Hello all.

Long story , swapped over from cable to nbn network ... worst decision ever.

Internet works fine outside the hours of 6pm to 11pm , during this time it becomes almost unusable .

Speed drops from 23 down to 3.5 to 4 down , upload speed stays constant at 4 up.

I've reset everything , nothing changes until peak time is over when speeds go back up.

Makes it impossible to play online games, due to not having a stable ping , also can't stream movies/ TVs shows .


Now after been on the phone, spoken to online chat they will not raise an issue to this problem .

How can I raise an issue as I'm sick and tired of going around in circles repeating myself ?

It is obvious it's a congestion issue, I have told them 20 times , yet they deny any problems, because they run tests during the middle of the day (when I know the internet is working as it should) .

This has been going on for 3 weeks, can't get any acknowledgment, or a time frame on when it will be fixed ...

Who or where do I go to get this sorted as I've tried everywhere but get no where!

(3156 postcode - yes there is something listed on the service site , but does not say if it's an upgrade or anything and doesn't look to have anything to do with my issues as this congestion issue has been ongoing for ages)
