Well, here we are again! The NBN is down (native state). No phone, no internet.
As usual, no-one from telstra is answering the phone, wait times are off the scale, and same on online chat.
So we just sit here with no service, no telecommunications despite paying a bucket load every month, and no one gives a **bleep**.
THANKS TELSTRA. WE HATE YOU.
We get our mobile from a non-telstra service, so at least that works.
